Photo Gallery – Replaced

I’m working on improving my photography. One of the things I heard that made sense is one should pick his/her 20 best pictures. This will help me identify the whys and wherefores of what makes a good photo – for me. If I add a photo, I have to remove one.

In order to provide context for my photography journey I’m keeping this page of photos that at one time were in the top 20 but have since been replaced.

  1. Both of your Daybreak pics are my favorites – setting a beautiful mood, very atmospheric.

How did you know the leopard was annoyed? I’m sure that there’s a classic Howard joke in there… 🙂

Was that the Sedona shot in this gallery taken near the Schnebly Hill Vista?

    • Thanks for checking in!
For some reason I can’t find my blog post on this photo. I think it was taken in March 2013. If I remember correctly it was taken from Chicken Point which we got to from the Broken Arrow Trail. To get there we took Morgan Road off Highway 179 – near the town of Oak Creek Village.
It looks like Schnebly Trail is also off of 179 but a bit north and east of Broken Arrow. I just did a little looking at Schnebly Road and it looks like there are some great views there. If you’ve got a link to some pictures and descriptions please post them.
