The good news: this is the best coney I’ve made in 6 attempts. But that is faint praise.
The bad news: I lost my paper copy of the recipe which is where I keep my detailed notes and changes.
Bottom line: good enough if you’re having the guys over.

Coney Dogs Take 5 – Ugh
Last June for Father’s Day my two sons planned to take me to Roakes here in Portland. Unfortunately most of us were sick with COVID (we dodged it for two and half years) so we postponed it. For the next few months one of us was either sick or busy. So Coney Dogs were on my mind for months.
